We have now officially scheduled dates for our yearly award ceremony for the year 2024.
Event Date: Saturday, October 5th, 2024
Place: St. John Henry Newman High School
Time: 4:30 PM onwards

All the students attending this award ceremony who are expected to receive a trophy/metal on October 5th have to fill out this mandatory form prior to September 29th, 2024 in order to receive the award. Otherwise, no trophy/metal will be awarded to the student. No exceptions to this process, as we will only prepare the awards to the registered students.
In previous years, we have prepared awards and some students did not show up to the awards ceremony causing the trophies / metals being wasted. Previous rules still apply that the award (trophy / metal) must be received on the day of the award ceremony, students will not be allowed to retrieve these awards later on. Certificates will be made for all the participants, those certificates can still be collected at a later date if not present / confirmed.
