Tamil Spelling Competition – 2026

Please review the following competition format, schedule, and venue details.

📝 Competition Format

Part 1: Tamil Word Dictation

  • 25 Tamil words will be dictated “Aasikal” from the participant’s respective level.

  • Participants must listen carefully and write each word in Tamil.

Part 2: English-to-Tamil Translation

  • Participants will be given 50 English words.

  • They must write the Tamil translations for each word.

📅 Competition Schedule

The competition will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, and/or Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Each participant will receive an index card containing their index number, assigned time, and other important details. Please check your index card carefully and arrive at your assigned time.
